WFH: Quarantine Cooking

We got this, Seattle.

The weather has warmed up considerably. It’s been a nice change of pace. It hasn’t rained in a while and the sun is out more often than not. The seasons are changing quickly. It just makes it that much harder to stay indoors, but we need to all do our part in staying indoors as much as possible. I’ve been cooking all my meals, and have more time to try new recipes and dishes.

Here’s some shots of my meals the past few days. I cracked open my first double yolk egg and this carton of a dozen has since produced two more such eggs. What a delight!

It’s been all about the simple pleasures.
